• Be present on the sales floor at all times unless on lunch or break.
• Monitor surveillance for blind spots and areas that lack constant sales associate presence.
• Greet guests as they enter and exit with a positive welcome and thank-you, contributing to a positive client experience.
• This is NOT a security position.
• Write reports for issues that arise and present them to the store manager.
• Check hourly for empty hangers on display and monitor cameras to determine where product went.
• Check cases to ensure they are locked hourly.
• Inform guests of the bag policy.
• Remain in the store until all guests have left after store closing.

• Previous loss prevention experience is preferred but not required.
• Physically able to stand for long hours.
• Friendly with the ability to de-escalate situations.
• Take pride in your work.
