Front End Developer  Overview

Talento HC has partnered with a leading travel and hospitality company to find a Front-End Developer (React/Next.js). The position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and operations, to define and execute initiatives that align with our strategic goals. As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for building engaging web experiences using React.js and Next.js
. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to bring ideas to life, ensuring high performance, scalability, and great user experience.

• Develop responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries following best practices.
• Implement SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation) using Next.js.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform designs into functional code.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Integrate APIs and backend services to support front-end functionality.
• Write clean, maintainable code with attention to performance and browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement efforts.

• 3+ years of experience developing front-end applications with React.js.
• Strong experience with Next.js including SSR/SSG and routing.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern ES6+ features.
• Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Experience consuming RESTful or Graph
  
  QL APIs.
• Familiar with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience with Type Script in a production environment.
• Familiarity with headless CMS systems (e.g., Contentful, Sanity).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Experience with styled-components, Tailwind CSS, or other CSS-in-JS libraries.
• Exposure to Vercel, Netlify, or cloud deployment platforms.
• Understanding of SEO best practices in modern front-end development.

Hourly Pay Rate (Commensurate with Experience): $60-$75/hr
