HC has partnered with a leading travel and hospitality company to find a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack + .NET + React/Next.js). The position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and operations, to define and execute initiatives that align with our strategic goals. As a Full Stack Software Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications across the stack—from backend APIs and services to dynamic, modern front-end interfaces.

You will play a key role in building robust web applications using .NET (C#) on the backend and React/Next.js on the frontend.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using .NET and React/Next.js.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services with ASP.NET Core.
• Develop modern, responsive front-end user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-impact features.
• Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET/.NET Core.
• Solid experience with modern front-end technologies:
  React.js and Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/Type Script, and REST APIs.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Graph
  
  QL, Web Sockets, or real-time data handling.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (xUnit, Jest, etc.).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub Actions.
• Familiarity with security and performance optimization best practices.

Hourly Pay Rate (Commensurate with Experience): $50-$65/hr
