Are you an experienced Administrator, Executive Assistant, Business Support Officer or Office Coordinator looking for your next opportunity? We're currently recruiting on behalf of Derive for an Interim Business Support Officer to join their team in Swinton on a full-time temporary contract until February 2027 , with an immediate start available . Immediate Start Full-Time Hours - Monday to Friday Hybrid & Flexible Working (in Office Thursday's only) Swinton Location Contract Until February 2027 Competitive Pay Rate (Depending on Experience) £14 to £16 per hour This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll provide essential support to the management team and play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of business operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating and preparing Board and operational meetings Producing agendas, reports and meeting packs Taking accurate minutes and tracking actions Managing senior diaries and coordinating schedules Monitoring shared mailboxes and company correspondence Reviewing and compiling performance information and reports Maintaining accurate records and administrative systems Supporting contract monitoring and Board reporting Coordinating incoming post and document distribution Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and partner organisations We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
Strong administration and business support experience- excellence in minute taking Exceptional diary management and meeting coordination skills Previous minute-taking experience with excellent attention to detail The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Excellent organisational and record-keeping abilities A proactive and professional approach within a small team environment

Experience with in housing, local government, property, compliance or regulated sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
