L3 Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a highly skilled Teaching Assistant to embrace an exciting opportunity to join
our team as part of a successful and inclusive Specialist Resource Base. This role will provide
direct support for individual pupils with complex additional learning needs as a result of their
physical and/or medical conditions.
Our SRBs are our centres of excellence for meeting the needs of children with complex
additional learning needs in the areas of autism, speech, language and communication
difficulties, severe learning difficulties and physical and medical needs.
If you are an excellent practitioner with the desire to meet identified additional learning needs
of a small group of children to make progress and have their needs met, we would welcome
hearing from you. You should be a reflective practitioner with a commitment to professional
learning.

SALARY - IMPORTANT INFORMATION :
Salary would be pro rata if not working full time hours or 52 weeks per year.
i.e. 37 hours per week / 32.5 per week for School Teachers
