Shift Pattern: 2 days / 2 nights (4 days off) – Days: 07:00 – 19:00 | Nights: 19:00 – 07:00

The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to support our clients high-performance Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) within a fast-paced FMCG environment. This hands-on role focuses on fault finding, problem solving, and improving equipment reliability to ensure maximum system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve complex faults efficiently
- Take ownership from fault detection to permanent resolution
- Analyse equipment data to identify recurring issues and implement improvements
- Collaborate with OEMs and contractors on technical issues
- Maintain accurate records within SAP/CMMS systems
- Uphold safety, quality, and operational standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 (or HNC) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 2-3 years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong fault-finding skills in electrical and automated systems
- Experience working with PLC-controlled systems is advantageous
- Familiarity with SAP PM/CMMS is desirable
- A proactive mindset with ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ambition to develop into a leadership role
