Shift Pattern: 2 days / 2 nights (4 days off) – Days: 07:00 – 19:00 | Nights: 19:00 – 07:00

• Conduct planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Diagnose and resolve complex faults efficiently
• Take ownership from fault detection to permanent resolution
• Analyse equipment data to identify recurring issues and implement improvements
• Collaborate with OEMs and contractors on technical issues
• Maintain accurate records within SAP/CMMS systems
• Uphold safety, quality, and operational standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles

• NVQ Level 3 (or HNC) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 2‑3 years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong fault‑finding skills in electrical and automated systems
• Experience working with PLC‑controlled systems is advantageous
• Familiarity with SAP PM/CMMS is desirable
• A proactive mindset with ownership and accountability
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ambition to develop into a leadership role
