Are you a dedicated Support Worker with a practical manual handling certificate? Completely Care is working with an established care provider to recruit compassionate and reliable Support Workers in the Caldicot area. • Provide high-quality care and support, ensuring residents’ comfort, safety, and wellbeing
• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
• Support individuals with outings and activities that promote confidence and independence
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks
• Administer medication in line with care plans and training
• Promote dignity, respect, and independence at all times
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals to meet residents’ needs

• Practical Manual Handling Certificate
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
• Medication training
• A compassionate, patient, and professional approach
• Flexibility to work both day and night shifts
