Indigo is seeking a People Operations Coordinator for a 6-month maternity cover in the United Kingdom. Reporting to the People Operations Lead, you will handle day-to-day admin across the employee lifecycle and ensure records are accurate.
This busy role requires strong organisation, problem-solving, and the ability to provide professional, timely support to employees and managers. You’ll work with the wider People team to deliver a consistent and positive experience.
