** Role Overview:
** Collaborate with the Global Supplier Operations team to harmonise data sets, tools, and processes across the supply chain. This role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring seamless alignment with internal teams.

Suppliers, Representatives and Distributors Are Our Partners.

* Key Responsibilities:

** Assist in onboarding and training internal staff on procurement procedures and best practices
* Ensure supplier relationships adhere to company policies and quality standards.
* Work closely with production teams to align material procurement with operational needs
* Represent Supplier operations within audits (customer or regulatory) globally.
* Maintain detailed documentation on purchasing workflows, approvals, and compliance requirements.
* Assist in streamlining ordering processes to reduce costs and prevent delays
* Support training on ERP systems or procurement tools used within the company.
* Conduct process audits to ensure alignment with procurement strategies and industry regulations.
* Provide feedback on purchasing procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
** Requirements/

Qualifications:

*** Minimum bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Business/STEM or equivalent.
* APICS certification including CPIM, CFPIM, or the CSCP is preferred.
* Developed understanding of supply chain – 3+ years experience.
* Understanding of ERP/MRP (Microsoft AX2012, InforLN) and supporting systems (Agile, DMS) for Supply Chain & Planning functions.
* Essential – SQL / Tableau / Power BI understanding.
* Good communication skills for supplier interactions and internal coordination.
* Demonstrated analytical, verbal, and attention to detail.
** Travel Time:
** 25% - 50%
