Health & Safety Officer Birmingham, onsite Salary: £38,000 £ 41,000 DOE We're looking for an experienced H&S & Process Supervisor to lead Health & Safety and production process improvements within our manufacturing operation. This brand new role is to support our already strong H&S record as we grow and produce more, safety is at the heart of everything we do. Responsibilities Own site Health & Safety and compliance. Carry out and manage risk assessments. Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Drive 5S and continuous improvement initiatives. Train and support production staff. Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production processes.

Essential IOSH Managing Safely.

Experience with Health & Safety, risk assessments, and SOP writing. Knowledge of 5S. Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Confident delivering training.
