Approximately 6 weeks Pay Rate: £14.80 per hour We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy manufacturing company in Banbury. The company manufactures parts for the construction industry , and this role will involve spraying selected components to a high-quality finish. Working Hours Monday Friday: 8:00am 5:00pm

The Role As a Paint Sprayer, your responsibilities will include:
Spraying a range of manufactured components to a high standard Preparing parts for painting and ensuring surfaces are suitable Applying paint evenly and accurately Checking finished parts for quality and consistency Following correct painting and health & safety procedures Maintaining a clean and organised work area Working to required quality standards and production timescales Requirements Due to the nature of the work, previous experience as a Paint Sprayer is essential .

The ideal candidate will:
Have previous industrial or manufacturing paint spraying experience Be confident spraying components to a consistent, high standard Have good attention to detail Take pride in producing quality work Be reliable and punctual Be able to work independently and as part of a team Additional Information This is currently a short-term role for approximately 6 weeks , covering a period of sickness.
