To operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all products meet strict quality specifications, production targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Equipment Operation:
Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery efficiently to meet production targets and achieve company KPIs.

Quality Control:
Ensure all finished products meet required specifications, with the ability to identify, report, and document process issues and defects.

Data Logging:
Accurately record and log production information, outputs, and metrics onto the internal IT system.

Process Adherence:
Follow operational instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) precisely to achieve daily goals.

Health & Safety:
Strictly adhere to all Health & Safety (H&S) regulations, policies, and safe working practices.

Housekeeping:
Clean, organise, and maintain the work area to ensure a safe and tidy environment (5S standards).

Continuous Improvement:
Actively engage in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.

Carry out manual handling, packaging, and general production duties as required by the business.
