We are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a well‑established, highly rated 40‑bed nursing home in Caldicot. This vacancy has arisen due to an internal promotion, with the current Deputy Manager progressing into the Home Manager position. As a result, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and supportive service with strong leadership and excellent career development prospects.

• Full‑time, 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• 2 clinical shifts per week (8:00am – 6:00pm)
• 3 supernumerary days per week (9:00am – 5:00pm)
• On‑call rota every other weekend
• Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure high standards of clinical care and compliance
• Lead audits, staff supervision, training and team development

• 40‑bed nursing home
• Good CIW rating
• Two nurses on duty at all times during the day

• Salary up to £50,000 per annum

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN
• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse
• Strong leadership and communication skills
