Customer Service Administrator

Magor | £16.59-£21.57 per hour | 8am-4pm | Monday to Friday | Part-time | Temporary |

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their client's team.

Key Duties

Archiving all intakes from Magor Brewery, 3PL warehouses, and other sites.

Processing receipts in WMS and SAP systems and filing depot paperwork, including Magor Bulk Beer.

Matching supplier invoices.

Resolving supplier invoice matching queries in line with the daily POD tracker.

Ensuring all Duty regulations are followed and EMCS is regularly updated for inbound deliveries.

Ensuring customers follow EMCS rules for outbound deliveries.

Requirements

Experience:

Able to handle private and confidential issues with integrity.

Technical

Competencies:

ERP and/or WMS experience.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical approach.

Ability to adapt to new processes and ways of working.

Logistics experience.

MS Office skills (Excel) and other reporting tools.

Minimum GCSE Maths and English Grade C or equivalent.
