This is a highly consultative role where you'll become the trusted point of contact for chefs, restaurant managers, and hospitality professionals , helping them find the right products, resolving any issues, and identifying opportunities to add value.

If you enjoy building rapport, developing long-term relationships, and being out meeting clients for lunch from time to time, this could be the perfect opportunity. What You'll Be Doing Managing and developing existing customer accounts Building strong relationships with chefs and restaurant managers Handling customer enquiries and providing exceptional service Identifying upselling opportunities and growing account spend Conducting customer reviews and maintaining CRM records Attending occasional client meetings and lunches What We're Looking For Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Internal Sales, or a similar customer-facing role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident speaking with customers at all levels A consultative and commercially aware approach An interest in food, hospitality, or customer-focused environments What's On Offer?
