Location: Magor

Shift: 5 out of 7 days, Monday to Friday. Shift starts between 04:00am and 07:00am.

• Safely unload refrigerated vehicles, handling up to three deliveries per day.
• Operate palletised handling equipment, such as pump trucks, or perform trailer swaps based on the shift schedule.
• Drive a modern, well‑maintained fleet of Scania and Volvo vehicles, all under 6 months old.
• Deliver goods to depots across the Southwest and Midlands, adhering to planned schedules and route requirements.
• Provide outstanding customer service, engaging professionally with clients in person and over the phone.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the transport team, providing real‑time updates to support smooth operations and manage customer expectations.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with operational procedures, safety standards, and industry best practices.

• Must hold a UK Class 1 CE licence.
• Current DCPC card and digital tachograph driver card.
• Experience delivering loads directly to client sites is advantageous.
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Confident, polite, and a team player.
• Good geographical knowledge of the South West and Midlands.
• Fit, flexible, hardworking, and self‑motivated.
