Warehouse Operative - Double

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join us in our XXXX site
.

Working in our distribution centres means fast-paced environments, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to think quickly. You will work as part of a team to ensure orders are picked accurately and on time with seamless delivery to our customers.

This role is working any 5 days from 7,
XXXX shifts.

Prior to employment, you must successfully complete a drug and alcohol test

• Picking and packing customer orders, using a handheld terminal to understand pick expectations
• Receiving, storing and stacking appropriately
• Working with the best integrity to fulfil all stock requirements and needs
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment with health, safety and legality always top of mind
• Opportunities to be trained on LLOPs and FLTs in certain areas of the DCs
• Working in distribution centres with ambient, chilled and freezer sections (preferences discussed in process)

• As a warehouse operative, being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment is essential
• You should be hardworking, able to work to set deadlines, and have a professional, positive, organised, and enthusiastic approach
• While proven experience in a warehouse environment would be preferred, it is not essential
• You should be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative. Remember, the key to success is being self-motivated
