Competitive Starting WagesCompetitive starting wages of $21–$23 DOE and a monetary or vacation day awarded every 90 days for good attendance.

Workers complete construction tasks to build manufactured homes using construction equipment and tools. Openings vary and may include framing, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry/molding, sheet rock, drywall finishing, and roofing.
RequirementsMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods. Work is fast‑paced and requires use of manual or air tools. Regular attendance is critical. Must be available to consistently work required business hours without tardiness, interruption, or early departure, including Saturday and evening overtime.
