Guest Service Specialist
- Floater

The Guest Service Specialist
- Floater provides coverage for stores based on staffing needs, such as PTO, vacant positions, or training schedules. This role is the first point of contact for our Stinker customers and acts as a brand ambassador while traveling between various locations within a designated area; with the understanding that schedules may change daily. The floater’s mission is to provide scent-sational customer service, help with kitchen duties (when applicable), and maintaining cleanliness and safety .

With their help, guests always feel welcome and leave with pep in their step, all while supporting our retail teams!
