The HSA is the chief administrative manager of the site’s health services, responsible for contract compliance, personnel recruitment, budgeting, operational planning, and client relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related field
• Licensed Registered Nurse
• At least 2 years management experience in healthcare
• Clinical experience
• Security clearance (initial and ongoing)
• Correctional healthcare experience preferred

• Manage healthcare delivery, budget, and staff
• Develop operational plans and ensure compliance with standards
• Coordinate with external providers and negotiate contracts
• Conduct staff hiring, orientation, evaluations, and training
• Participate in safety, security, and emergency procedures
