Hourly Wage Estimate: $30.34 – $42.47 per hour

Prepares the operating room for surgical procedures and performs scrub duties including preparing the sterile field, passing surgical instrumentation, anticipating the surgeon and, under the direct supervision of the surgeon, assists the surgeon in the surgical care of the patient during the procedure as needed and within the scope of practice.
Qualifications- Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification through National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or a (TS-C) from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
- Basic Cardiac Life Support obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Five or more years clinical experience in the perioperative setting and ability to scrub all specialties with the exception of cardiac.
