At Saint Alphonsus Health System, we pride ourselves on exceptional service and the highest quality of care. The Caldwell Health Plaza will be a 55,000‑square‑foot facility opening November 3, 2025, offering family medicine, pediatrics, urgent care, occupational medicine, and specialty services such as OB‑GYN, cardiology, general surgery, ENT, orthopedics/sports medicine, and podiatry.
Key Responsibilities- Assist a family medicine provider in value‑based care for patients with chronic health conditions.
- Perform phlebotomy, administer immunizations, and prep injections.
- Assist with minor procedures, complete point‑of‑care tests, and handle task inbox orders.
- Work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- 27 hours per week, 3–9 hour shifts on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.

Minimum Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent at hire.
- Medical Assistant certification within 90 days of hire from a Saint Alphonsus approved agency (e.g., CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, NRCMA, CMAC, NPCE MA).
- Basic Life Support certification from AHA, ARC, or Military Training Network at hire.
- For new graduates: MA certificate from an accredited program and 100‑hour externship or 6 months of experience.
- For experienced MAs: 1 year of experience or current MA certification, or to obtain or renew certification within 90 days of hire.
