• As a licensed independent practitioner with advanced education and national certification - this senior-level leader executes leadership characterized by substantial and continuous responsibility and accountability for population groups or integrated programs that cross services and/or disciplines - influencing the organization's mission and health care
• Duties and responsibilities include - but are not limited to:
  Clinical & Administrative Leadership Responsible for managing and overseeing clinical operations for designated clinics in Caldwell and Eastern Oregon - including the supervision of eight providers in Community-Based Outreach Clinics (CBOCs)
• Responsible for leadership of service and programmatic operations - both clinical and administrative
• Practices to the full extent of education - training - and certification
• Collaboration & Consultation Functions as an administrator - educator - and consultant in collaboration with all clinical services and programs at the facility or network level - interdisciplinary service leaders - and executive leadership
• Assists Nurse Leaders
