As an Information Systems Coordinator, you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho's youth by supporting our day‑to‑day operations, including the network of thrift stores that fund our programs and services.
Qualifications Must Haves- Bachelor's degree or related experience and specific certification in the field of expertise.
- Previous experience as an IT coordinator for 5 years.
- In‑depth knowledge of a variety of IT systems, databases, and applications.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration.
- Hands‑on experience troubleshooting and repairing complex IT issues.
- Strong attention to detail and competent vocabulary.
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.
- Previous experience in help desk support.
- Provide technical support to employees via call‑ins, email, or live chat.
- Assist in the design, planning, and execution of training on system and network use.
- Install and configure computer hardware, equipment, and software programs.
- Monitor the helpdesk ticket system, network, and server health.
- Perform troubleshooting and execute needed repairs.
