Position Summary

The Maintenance Manager oversees all preventative and corrective maintenance for the plant, manages the maintenance team, and ensures all equipment is safe, operational, and well-maintained. This role partners closely with Production and Safety to support efficiency, reduce downtime, and maintain a safe working environment. This role has significant impact on production output and equipment reliability within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and schedule all preventative and corrective maintenance activities
  • Manage the maintenance team and coordinate workflow
  • Maintain and manage inventory in the tool crib
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues
  • Collaborate closely with Production and Safety to ensure a safe and efficient facility
  • Recommend parts, coordinate vendor repairs, and support technical solutions

Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility
  • Experience with industrial equipment and electrical maintenance
  • Mechanically inclined with working knowledge of:
    • Stationary Saws
    • Basic power/hand tools
    • Pneumatic tools
    • Hoists
    • Small engine repairs
  • Ability to troubleshoot, perform minor repairs, and coordinate major repairs
  • OSHA 10 (or ability to obtain)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Supervisory experience leading maintenance staff
  • Basic PLC troubleshooting or electrical diagnostics
  • Welding or light fabrication experience
  • Experience with facility maintenance or HVAC helpful but not required
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Work performed in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise
Work Schedule
  • Full-time, onsite
  • Typically, 50+ hours per week depending on production needs
  • Occasional nights or weekends may be required
