About the Findlay business Group
The Findlay Family Group of businesses has been in operation for over 100 years, and is currently in its fourth generation of family management with the fifth oncoming. Originally a local bread bakery, we grew into the largest plant bread producer on the East Coast of New Zealand. In the 1990's we further developed into manufacturing Panko bread crumbs, Conventional Breadcrumbs and Batter coating systems.
Findlay Food Coatings Ltd was established in 2013 to operate in the USA. Three Powder Blending sites were built in Idaho to provide Batter Coating solutions primarily to produce specialist coatings for french fries.
Findlay is a Family owned international company with a reputation for innovation, thinking outside of the box and delivering what it says it will. Our head office is located at the edge of the world in Gisborne, New Zealand.
We are currently recruiting for two positions available as Production Operators; They work Monday - Friday, Swing Shift 2:00pm - 10:30pm. Overtime may be offered occasionally. You will be required to, but not limited to, do the following activities:

The pay range for this role is:22.28 - 22.78 USD per hour(Caldwell)
