The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in Idaho. Our mission is to unite for Idaho’s youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience.
How will you impact our mission? Be part of setting a new standard for residential care for future generations. Successful candidates will have a unique opportunity to participate in opening our new Residential Center for Healing and Resilience, a 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) for youth, currently under construction at our 258-acre Hands of Promise Campus in Idaho’s Treasure Valley.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead and supervise direct care staff in the Residential Center for Healing and Resilience, helping nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth. Every team member contributes uniquely to making our programs accessible to all youth in Idaho.
Must Haves
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have a valid Idaho driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire
- Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and relevant experience or education as specified
Our Shift Supervisors
- Lead up to 20 staff/interns to provide outstanding youth care and complete required tasks
- Assist with onboarding and training Youth Care Providers
- Perform duties according to program standards and ensure staff compliance
This is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, qualifying for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program. Candidates must reside reasonably close to Idaho.
