Registered Nurse

We are seeking Registered Nurses to partner with us as independent contractors providing services to Military Service members, primarily on weekends and occasionally weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in Idaho.

Our services support maintaining a deployable military force for the following branches:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities:

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health histories, medical records, and questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel regarding medical concerns.
• Identify urgent health or behavioral health concerns.
• Document findings accurately in the proprietary system.

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• CPR and BLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Unrestricted nursing license in the U.S.
• Resilience and ability to handle high-stress situations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team-oriented attitude.
