You will deliver safe, evidence-based care to a diverse adult patient population, performing thorough assessments, administering medications, managing IVs, and monitoring telemetry where applicable.
You’ll collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation.
