* What You’ll Do:

*** Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
* Provide respectful, compassionate care in patients’ homes.
* Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
* Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines.
* Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.

*** Active CNA certification (state-licensed).
* Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
