Job

Overview:
  • Prospect daily (phone, walk‑ins, networking, referrals) to build a strong pipeline.
  • Run discovery, present solutions (stand‑alone terminals, POS, e‑commerce), and close new merchant accounts.
  • Manage the handoff, installation, and first‑week check‑ins to ensure happy launches.
  • Track activity and deals in the CRM; hit weekly activity goals and monthly new‑account targets.
  • Build lasting relationships with local business owners.
  • Hit and exceed sales targets while representing Freedom Payments with professionalism.
What you bring
  • 1–3+ years of B2B or outside sales (merchant services a plus, not required).
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and field work; resilient, coachable, and goal‑oriented.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must pass background checks and drug testing.
  • Compensation: 1099, uncapped residuals, bonuses and spiffs (income potential of
    $100K+ annually).
