This isn't just a tune‑up job. You'll be the first line of defense in protecting our customers' systems from breakdowns. Through routine maintenance, system evaluations, and proactive service, you'll build trust and create peace of mind for every homeowner you meet.

• Perform seasonal maintenance services on residential heating and cooling systems.
• Conduct thorough system checks to identify early signs of wear or failure.
• Inspect filters, safeties, ductwork, pressures, and temperatures to ensure peak performance.
• Clearly communicate findings and maintenance recommendations to homeowners.
• Educate customers on the value of preventive maintenance plans.
• Set Leads for HVAC Service & Replacements, as well as Plumbing inspection needed by the customer.
• Work with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail on every visit.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from senior technicians.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Physical stamina; able to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Rotating 5‑day schedule to support our service needs:
• Monday‑Friday, 7 AM‑7 PM
• Saturday, 8 AM‑5 PM
• We are closed Sundays to give our team time to rest and recharge.
