Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical counselling to students

• Implement student retention and support strategies

• Design and lead workshops for skill development

• Conduct assessments for student needs and challenges

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in counselling psychology or a related area

• Five years of counselling experience preferred

• Registration or eligibility with BC clinical counsellors

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Dedication to cultural sensitivity in counselling practices
