Located in Caledonia, ON, this position calls for a detail-oriented individual skilled in mixing paints and achieving smooth finishes. You’ll prepare and inspect cabinetry components, ensuring alignment with Silverbirch’s high standards. Collaboration with fellow craftsmen is essential to maintain productivity and quality levels throughout each project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sand wood surfaces to meet specified smoothness

• Mix and apply paints and finishes using spray equipment

• Inspect work for quality and perform necessary touch-ups

• Maintain a clean, safe condition for all tools and equipment

Requirements:
