Provide home and community care as a Shift Nurse with CBI Home Health in Simcoe, Ontario. Your critical nursing skills will empower others while ensuring quality health services.
We are hiring for a Full-Time Shift Nurse position that requires 5 weekdays plus a weekend rotation. As part of CBI Home Health, you will participate in delivering person-centered care and apply clinical skills including wound care, medication administration, and more. Join a recognized team that values support and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care in home environments
• Execute IV therapy and monitor patient health
• Engage in collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams
• Educate families on health maintenance and treatment
• Navigate clients to appropriate health resources
Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Nurse in Ontario
• Criminal Record Check required within the last 12 months
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license essential
• Effective English communication skills;
French is advantageous
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
