CompensationBase pay range: US $27.00/hr – $29.00/hr
Responsibilities- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments independently.
- Create Purchase Requisition s (PRs) in Maximo and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in Maximo; code non‑PO invoices and submit to approver in Oracle.
- Process and track invoices in Oracle (~50 per month); receive e‑mail requests and submit invoices to Accounts Payable (AP) for payment.
- 5-10 years of experience providing expert‑level administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
- Experience with Maximo (PR/PO) and Oracle (invoice coding) is required.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
