Our office is located in Pelham. You must be able to come to Pelham every morning to start your shift.

No experience required. You'll receive comprehensive training and use our proven process to delight customers. Full-time, no nights, weekends, or holidays. You control your income with flexible hours and optional bonus structure. You may qualify for a company car if you have a valid driver’s license.

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Follow our process and delight every customer.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• If you are a team lead, manage the team's schedule, drive safely, and maintain equipment and supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.
• Ready to come to the office in Pelham every day to report for shifts.
