Someone who excels at managing and organizing inventory, maintaining records, processing orders, and ensuring that the right parts are available when needed. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting shipments, tracking inventory levels, assisting with inventory audits, and handling administrative tasks such as data entry, file maintenance, and communication with suppliers regarding parts and supplies. The role plays a crucial part in fulfilling all external technician/service writer orders by placing orders through websites and over the phone with manufacturers and vendors.

• Organized and enthusiastic about parts and logistics.
• Positive attitude and genuinely care about customer service.
• 1+ years of experience ordering automotive and/or household parts (preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft suite of products, Outlook, and the Internet.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to sit for long periods.

• $15 - 16/hr (depending on experience).
