Plant Power & Control Systems is a leading manufacturer of custom electrical control systems, serving industrial and commercial clients with high-quality products and services. We are seeking a reliable and skilled Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team. This role ensures that sheet metal parts are accurately formed to specifications and meet the company’s quality standards.

• Set up, adjust, and operate press brake machines to bend, form, or punch sheet metal according to blueprints and specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and measurement tools to ensure accuracy.
• Select proper tooling and dies for each job, and perform adjustments as needed.
• Inspect parts during and after production to verify conformance to specifications.
• Maintain equipment by performing basic troubleshooting, cleaning, and reporting mechanical issues.
• Handle raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.

• Previous experience as a Press Brake Operator or in metal fabrication preferred (willing to train motivated candidates).
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and use precision measuring instruments (calipers, tape measures, protractors, etc.).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
