Join Great American RV Super Stores as an RV Sales Specialist and help customers realize their travel dreams. With locations across the southeastern U.S., we offer a trusted partner for every journey.
Key Responsibilities- Engage customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for recreational vehicles.
- Develop an in‑depth understanding of our RV inventory, including models, features, and pricing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to highlight key features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales prices and terms, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
- Maintain post‑sale communication to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to adjust sales strategies.
- Develop promotional campaigns and advertisements via social media to promote our RV products.
- Represent our dealership at RV shows, exhibitions, and community events.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive or RV industry, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build trust.
- Results‑driven mindset and willingness to take initiative.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
- Professional appearance and presentation.
