Key Responsibilities
  • Engage customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for recreational vehicles.
  • Develop an in‑depth understanding of our RV inventory, including models, features, and pricing.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to highlight key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales prices and terms, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
  • Maintain post‑sale communication to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to adjust sales strategies.
  • Develop promotional campaigns and advertisements via social media to promote our RV products.
  • Represent our dealership at RV shows, exhibitions, and community events.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive or RV industry, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build trust.
  • Results‑driven mindset and willingness to take initiative.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
  • Professional appearance and presentation.
