• Build client relationships that strengthen throughout the year.
• Serve clients with diverse tax needs, supported by an expert team.
• Conduct tax interviews face‑to‑face and virtually via video, phone, chat, and email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support, including tax notice services and audit representation.
• Mentor and support teammates.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience completing individual returns.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort with virtual tools—video, phone, chat.
• Effective communication skills—personally, by phone, and in writing.
• Meeting continuing education requirements and all IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or higher.

$17.00 – $25.00/Hr.
