You will help faculty and staff with computers, software, classrooms, labs, audiovisual equipment, and connectivity—deploying and maintaining systems and resolving issues on site.
You will work with SDSU IT colleagues, vendors, and campus users to troubleshoot, guide, and train; document incidents in Service Now and ensure reliable operation of campus
