This position is vital for maintaining financial integrity within Hotel Trader’s technology-driven environment. You will take charge of month-end close processes, audit coordination, and compliance-related filings while implementing necessary process improvements. A path to becoming an Accounting Manager is available within 6 to 12 months based on performance and evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full-cycle accounting process and reconciliations

• Lead the month-end close for timely reporting

• Manage and review AP and AR functions

• Coordinate vendor setups and documentation processes

• Serve as the point of contact for auditors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience

• Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and month-end requirements

• Experience in managing offshore teams

• High proficiency with Excel for complex analyses
