This position requires at least two years of experience in accounts payable, with a preference for candidates knowledgeable in the Oil & Gas sector. You will be responsible for managing invoice flows, reconciling vendor discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records in Qbyte FM. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are vital for preparing monthly reconciliations and assisting in ad-hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process invoices in Open Invoice accurately

• Work with field staff on invoice approvals and coding

• Resolve vendor account discrepancies efficiently

• Manage manual accounts payable entries in Qbyte FM

• Prepare and oversee monthly account reconciliations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of related experience

• Experience in Oil & Gas industry is a plus

• Proficient in Qbyte and Open Invoice

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
