Position: Property Accountant for Basecamp Resorts
Step into a Property Accountant role at Basecamp Property Management in Calgary or Canmore, Alberta. This full-time fixed term position covers maternity leave while focusing on complete financial oversight.

As a key player in the Accounting team, you will manage the financial operations of a 31-unit hotel and a 77-unit long-term rental in Revelstoke, BC. You will interact with owners, provide them with accurate financial reports, and help maintain strong relationships through successful communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process full cycle accounting for properties

• Prepare precise monthly financial reports for owners

• Maintain accurate general ledger entries

• Handle queries from owners regarding their accounts

• Assist with auditing processes as required

Requirements:

• Business administration degree or finance diploma

• 5 years of accounting or finance experience

• Solid experience using the Quick Books system

• Understanding of pertinent accounting principles

• Capacity to manage positive interactions with owners
