As an ERP Construction Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily accounting operations. Your responsibilities will include coding job costs, overseeing accounts payable, and maintaining accuracy in financial transactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute accounting tasks using Trimble Viewpoint Spectrum modules

• Administer complete processes for accounts payable

• Prepare and track invoices, including change orders

• Ensure high standards for job cost accuracy

• Assist with month-end closing and financial reports

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in construction accounting

• Strong ERP experience, Trimble Viewpoint preferred

• Knowledge of job cost accounting principles

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Proficient in advanced Excel functions
