Part-Time Accounting Technician

Lighthouse Energy Group is seeking a part-time Accounting Technician in Calgary to support our accounting team. If you have experience in accounts payable and receivable within the oil and gas industry, we want you!

This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable while focusing on invoicing and collections. Ideal candidates will have a background in accounting, particularly in oil and gas, with strong attention to detail.

Experience with Sage, Open Invoice, or Jobutrax will enhance your application for this part-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Execute invoicing and collections tasks

• Utilize Sage, Open Invoice, and Jobutrax effectively

• Assist the accounting team with daily operations

Requirements:

• Accounting or bookkeeping experience, oil & gas preferred

• Strong attention to detail in all tasks

• Familiarity with Sage, Open Invoice, and/or Jobutrax

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
