Overview
Join Ledcor Group as a Project Accountant responsible for accurate financial data entry and reporting. This site-based position actively supports project teams in Alberta and includes invoicing and payroll management. As a Project Accountant with over three years of construction industry experience, you will ensure timely processing of accounts receivable and payable, assist in profitability reporting, and manage subcontractor payments.
Responsibilities- Coordinate monthly cost and profitability reporting
- Submit billing and invoicing accurately and timely
- Process timesheets for accurate payroll management
- Review Accounts Payable for accuracy
- Track subcontractor financial commitments
- 3+ years of project accounting experience in construction
- Proficient in JD Edwards and advanced Excel functions
- Solid attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organization abilities
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
