In this role, you will join MNP's Assurance Professional Standards team, delivering specialist knowledge to enhance the success of the accounting practice. Your expertise will enable you to advise on financial reporting and provide critical support during quality initiatives. Moreover, you'll help cultivate a culture of continuous learning through training development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team with managers and Partners on assurance matters

• Uphold quality control across all accounting engagements

• Handle queries related to ASPE, IFRS, and CAS

• Keep abreast of industry changes via ongoing research

• Contribute to accounting training programs for MNP staff

Requirements:

• Working toward or completed CPA designation

• Fluency in French and English for diverse collaborations

• 1 to 3 years in public accounting roles

• Solid project management and communication skills

• Effective analytical and critical thinking abilities
